As you probably know, we have been ordered by the state to close our sales showrooms and we of course, have followed these directives. We have been able to keep our service, parts and body shop facilities open for those in need of these type of repairs. We have a process that ensures our customers' safety that you can find below. 


Service & Collision Repair Procedure for Customers

We have a process where we can service your vehicle while adhering to all safety and health precautions that have been communicated by the CDC along with state and local health official guidelines. Here are some key points that will make your service experience safe and convenient: 

  • We are using protective coverings on all vehicle touch points for the safety of our customers and employees.
  • Appointments are strongly encouraged either by phone or through our websites and all facilities have key drop off boxes where you will not need to enter the service write up area.
  • All transactions can take place over the phone.
  • Vehicle pick up hours will be limited and we strongly suggest that you plan accordingly with the Service Advisor or Estimator you are working with.

Shopping From Home Opportunities

For those who have been shopping for a new vehicle or was about to start the process, we are fully available with our shopping at home processes. This has always been available through our websites and now has come into play where it will demonstrate how convenient this feature can be.
