All repairs from a John Kennedy Collison Center will be guaranteed by our Lifetime Guarantee. We guarantee the work performed at John Kennedy Collision Center so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. As long as the defects occur under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse, or misuse, we fully guarantee our work.

1.METALWORK:

The John Kennedy Collision Center Lifetime Guarantee is a written warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. We will repair and re-paint any metalwork that falls under our warranty.

 

2.PAINTING:

The John Kennedy Collision Center Lifetime Guarantee is a written warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation excluding defects that are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. We will re-prime and re-paint the specific section or sections of the vehicle that falls under our warranty.

 

3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS:

The John Kennedy Collision Center Lifetime Guarantee is a written warranty on all mechanical repairs including workmanship pertaining directly to original collision damage. We will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component that falls under our warranty.

 

4. PARTS

The John Kennedy Collision Center Lifetime Guarantee is a written warranty that guarantees all parts or materials used in all repairs. Those parts or materials are subject to the guarantee of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier’s guarantee. We guarantee that used parts or other than original equipment manufactured parts were not used without authorization from you as noted on the Repair Order.
